El estudio, publicado en <em>Acta Odontologica Scandinavica<\/em>, El estudio Stingfree Strong Blue Mint de la OMS muestra una reducci\u00f3n significativa de las lesiones orales y de la irritaci\u00f3n de las enc\u00edas tras cinco semanas de uso de la bolsa de nicotina Stingfree Strong Blue Mint, equipada con la innovadora barrera protectora de la tecnolog\u00eda PROTEX\u00ae.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-image alignright uagb-block-40007446 wp-block-uagb-image--layout-default wp-block-uagb-image--effect-static wp-block-uagb-image--align-right\"><figure class=\"wp-block-uagb-image__figure\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\"  sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 480px) 150px\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/stingfreesnus.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/PROTEX-forklara-hemsida.png?resize=503%2C248&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"503\" height=\"248\" title=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" role=\"img\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El estudio, dirigido por investigadores de la Universidad de Catania y en el que participaron 23 dentistas suecos que utilizan habitualmente snus o bolsitas de nicotina, es el primero de este tipo que eval\u00faa los efectos sobre la salud bucal autodeclarados de un producto dise\u00f1ado para reducir la irritaci\u00f3n de la mucosa oral. El estudio mostr\u00f3, entre otras cosas, una reducci\u00f3n de 27,3 % en las lesiones relacionadas con el tabaco, una eliminaci\u00f3n completa de los casos de gingivitis autodeclarados y una reducci\u00f3n de 90 % en la irritaci\u00f3n de las enc\u00edas. Ning\u00fan participante experiment\u00f3 un empeoramiento de las lesiones, y ning\u00fan caso permaneci\u00f3 en la categor\u00eda de lesiones por tabaco m\u00e1s graves tras finalizar el estudio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tecnolog\u00eda PROTEX\u00ae de Stingfree consiste en una barrera impermeable dise\u00f1ada para proteger las enc\u00edas del contacto directo con la nicotina y el contenido de la bolsa, manteniendo al mismo tiempo la experiencia sensorial del usuario y la liberaci\u00f3n de nicotina.
