Orders placed in someone else's name without permission, or in a manner that causes financial damage to Stingfree AB, will be reported to the police. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in SEK and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Klarna Checkout
We offer payment through Klarna, where you can choose to pay immediately (Swish, card, or bank transfer) or in 30 or 60 days with or without installment payments. All purchases are handled safely and smoothly through Klarna.
Delivery
Orders received before 12:00 PM on weekdays are normally processed and shipped the same day. Delivery time varies depending on the shipping company, but is usually 1-3 business days. We do not deliver on weekends and public holidays.
Right of withdrawal
According to Swedish law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt. The right of withdrawal only applies if the item is returned in the same condition and quantity as when received, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Cancellation is not possible after the order has been shipped.
Retention of title
All goods remain the property of Stingfree AB until full payment has been received.
Returns & complaints
For a return to be approved, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
If there are errors or defects in a product, please contact our customer service within a reasonable time and request a return number (RN) to be used for the return. If a product is damaged during transport, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
To return an item, do this:
- Contact our customer service at info@stingfreesnus.se and state the reason for your return.
- If the return is due to a valid claim (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will send a prepaid return label.
- If you have changed your mind or no longer want the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Provide the return number (RN) you received from customer service and pack the product well.
- Then return the product with the prepaid label (in case of a complaint) or with your own shipping option (in case of a return).
Uncollected packages
If a package is returned to us because the customer did not pick it up, a fee of SEK 59 will be charged to cover return shipping and handling costs. The amount will be deducted from the original refund.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, the amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. In case of a canceled purchase, the full order amount will be refunded, excluding any shipping costs.
